What's at stake in Division B?

The FIBA Women's Asia Cup 2021 - Division B will be an opportunity for one team to earn promotion to Division A for the next edition of the competition. The team finishing 1st in Division B will win promotion to the top tier and replace India, who finished 8th in Division A.

Host Country: Jordan


For the first-time ever, the FIBA Women's Asia Cup will take place in Amman, Jordan. Division A recently concluded with Japan winning for the fifth consecutive time after beating rivals China 78-73 in an epic final in Amman.

Jordan will also play as host of Division B in which six teams including the hosts will battle for promotion to Division A for the upcoming edition.
