3x3 will be played at the 2023 Pacific Games for the second time. 23 nations from Oceania will battle it out for gold, siler and bronze medals.
At the 2019 edition of the event the men from Guam won gold, with Fiji claiming silver, and Samoa bronze. In the women's competition, Fiji won gold, Cook Islands went home with silver and Tahiti bronze.
