MUNICH (Germany) - The four remaining hosts of the FIBA European Youth Championships 2023 were confirmed by the FIBA Europe Executive Committee on Thursday.
Having already been announced as the host for the FIBA U20 Women's European Championship for 2024, Lithuania will also play host to the 2023 edition of the event from July 29 – August 6, 2023. The venues for the event will be confirmed at a later stage.
The FIBA U18 Women's European Championship will be organized in Konya, Turkey from July 1-9, 2023, with the Division B of the same age category taking place in Sofia, Bulgaria from June 30 – July 9.
Meanwhile, FIBA U16 Women's European Championship, Division B will be held in Podgorica, Montenegro from August 10-19, 2023.
The FIBA Europe Board had confirmed all other locations for the upcoming summer’s youth events, as well as some early designations for 2024, in its November meeting.
