In case one of the Mongolia U23 teams wins its conference, the next-ranked team of this conference will then qualify to the Final.
There are a record 13 conferences this edition, including the new Asia-Oceania conference.
Events will be played in June and July with destinations including Doha, Rizhao and Handan in China, and 3x3 fan favorite location Voiron in France.
