The other group of the Semi-Final Phase will begin on November 14, and will feature the participation of Cimarrones (Colombia), Quilmes de Mar del Plata (Argentina), Aguada (Uruguay) and host Guaros de Lara (Venezuela).
The top team from the second Semi-Final Group will go-on to face Estudiantes de Concordia in the Final of the DIRECTV Liga Sudamericana 2017.
