Media Accreditation

The accreditation process for the FIBA Intercontinental Cup 2023, in Tenerife, Spain, February 10-12, is now open. 

The deadline for receiving applications is Friday, February 3, (23:59 CET).

All media representatives, local and international, who wish to attend the event at the venue must apply through the FIBA Media Portal.

No other form of application will be accepted.

The event will take place at the Santiago Martin Sports Hall in Tenerife. 

Details about the accreditation pick-up location and more information about media services will follow in due course, in the form of media advisories.

HOW TO APPLY FOR MEDIA ACCREDITATION

1. Log-in to the FIBA Media Portal or, if you are a new user, create a new profile.
2. Select the event under the "My Events" section (to be found at the top of profile page).
3. Complete all mandatory fields as necessary.
4. Make sure that all sections are filled out correctly and the information is saved. Following registration, you should receive an accreditation submission confirmation email.
5. Creating a profile or logging in to a previous existing account is not an application in itself; you must make certain that after your have logged in or having created a profile (account) you also proceed to apply for the event (as per steps #1-4 above).
6. Your login details will allow you to access and modify parts of your application form up until the application deadline.
7. All applicants are responsible for their travel visa, should one be required.
