Who were the six best ranked runners-up to advance?

MUNICH (Germany) - It promised to be a frantic Gameday 6 of the Regular Season with a fierce battle to make it through to the next stage of FIBA Europe Cup action.

The six best second-placed teams advanced to the Second Round alongside the 10 group winners. Results against fourth-placed sides in the group were discarded in order for a fair ranking as three groups had fewer teams.
