Bahcesehir College, Balkan Botevgrad, BG Gottingen, Casademont Zaragoza, Jonava CBet, Legia Warszawa, Manisa BBSK, Niners Chemnitz, Surne Bilbao Basket and ZZ Leiden were confirmed as winners of their respective groups.

Meanwhile, BCM Gravelines Dunkerque, CSM CSU Oradea, ERA Nymburk, FC Porto, Itelyum Varese and Sporting CP clinched their places as the six best ranked runners-up.

The groups for the Second Round are as follows:

Group K: Balkan Botevgrad (BUL), Surne Bilbao Basket (ESP), BG Gottingen (GER), FC Porto (POR)
Group L: Jonava CBet (LTU), Bahcesehir College (TUR), Legia Warszawa (POL), Sporting CP (POR)

A restriction was applied to avoid any of the teams from the same Regular Season group playing again, meaning that Leiden and Gravelines could not be in the same group.

2022 champions Bahcesehir are the only former winners of the competition remaining with 12 different countries represented in the last 16 teams.

FIBA Europe Cup action resumes with the Second Round scheduled to get underway on December 6 with another round-robin format.

The top two teams from each of the four groups will advance to the Quarter-Finals in March.
