Krubally named FIBA Europe Cup October MVP
MUNICH (Germany) - Ousman Krubally has been named as the October MVP as part of a new monthly award during the 2022-23 FIBA Europe Cup season.
The 34-year-old leads the Regular Season in rebounds and efficiency with his high production for Keravnos BC making him the leading performer in back-to-back weeks at the start of the month.
Krubally's best performance came with 27 points and 12 rebounds in a win against Patrioti Levice as part of three consecutive double-doubles as he paid tribute to his team.
"The individual success I have experienced is a result of my teammates and our coaching staff this year. Coach Michalis and the coaching staff respect and understand my veteran experience and trust me to make plays for our team," he said.
"I have been fortunate to play at high levels, and as a result the experience acquired over the years has given me the confidence to break the game down being efficient, dominant and effective all together on both ends of the court."
Ousman Krubally did it all in October, as he led Keravnos to a 2-1 record to start the season!
