Semi-Finals Top Performers: Cinciarini, Johnson, Dunn, Taylor, Ozmizrak
MUNICH (Germany) - Andrea Cinciarini produced the best efficiency rating across the two Semi-Finals having continued a strong run of form as Unahotels Reggio Emilia reached the Final.
The Italian guard dished out 34 assists over the two legs including a FIBA Europe Cup record-equaling 18 in the 92-72 victory in Wednesday's second leg.
Cinciarini is joined in the lineup by teammate Justin Johnson, who also impressed across the two legs for the Italian side. The forward posted 19 points and 8 rebounds in the first leg victory before recording a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds on home soil.
Bahcesehir College await in the Final with Kartal Ozmizrak stepping up with 24 points off the bench in the 90-82 second leg victory against ZZ Leiden. The Turkish guard went 7-of-8 from the field with five three-pointers to help his side safely progress.
Meanwhile, Travis Taylor averaged a double-double for Bakken Bears in their Semi-Final defeat to Reggio Emilia. The American forward posted 15 points and 13 boards in the second leg as the Bears were unable to back up their first leg triumph.
Jhonathan Dunn rounds out the team having averaged 19 points per game over the two legs for Leiden as they came up short in their quest of reaching the Final. Dunn scored 21 points in the reverse fixture in Istanbul having netted at least 10 points in every game this season.
