Having won their first Belarusian title in the 2008-09 season, Tsmoki-Minsk have been at the helm of the Premier League ever since.
The ten-time champions of the country capped off a 3-0 series win with a 92-84 victory on Saturday, with local up-and-comer Maksim Salash top-scoring for the winners with 19 points and 7 rebounds.
Aliaksandr Semianiuk collected 16 points and 7 rebounds, Yauheni Beliankou scored 14 points, while Aliaksei Tratsinetski added 10 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals.
"It's a fantastic feeling. Some players played only a few matches [in the Premier League], but winning is always nice. I am glad to end the season with a medal," said team captain Aleksandr Kudrautsau.
For Borisfen, who reached the Final of the Premier League for the first time in the club's history, Benjamin-Pavel Dudu and Artem Malkov had 22 points each.
