This was the 16th championship title in the history of the Aarhus club, who have triumphed in 15 of the past 21 seasons of the Danish Basketball League since 1997.
Earlier in the season, Bakken Bears also lifted the Danish Basketball Cup and registered the best-ever performance by a Danish side on the international stage, reaching the Semi-Finals of the FIBA Europe Cup.
