Group A: Belgium, Israel, Italy, Turkey
Group B: Estonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Spain
Group C: Croatia, Greece, Lithuania, Poland
Group D: France, Germany, Iceland, Slovenia
Spain were the champions in 2022 with the tournament MVP Juan Nunez one of many returning players featuring in this year's edition.
The 16 participating teams all get their campaigns underway on the opening day on July 8 to start three consecutive days of Group Phase action.
The Round of 16 stage takes place on Wednesday ahead of the Quarter-Finals on Thursday, before the competition concludes on the weekend of July 15-16 with the Semi-Finals held on Saturday and the Final played on Sunday.
Elsewhere, action at the FIBA U20 European Championship 2023, Division B tournament in Skopje, North Macedonia began on Friday with the competition running from July 7-16.
