MVP Anderson headlines All-Star Five in Sofia

The 16-year-old guard had a very consistent tournament, scoring at least 10 points in every game. Anderson's best performance came against Sweden in the Quarter-Finals when he scored 25 points to go along with 4 rebounds and 5 assists on 9-of-14 shooting from the field and 5-of-6 from three-point range.
Anderson finished the tournament averaging 16.5 points, 2.1 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.1 steals per game, while shooting 57.1 percent from the field and 60 percent from behind the arc across eight games. He was joined in the All-Star Five by teammate Ivan Kharchenkov who averaged 13.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.6 steals per game.
Finland had to settle for a second-place finish, but Olavi Suutela was rewarded for his tournament with a spot in the All-Star Five after averaging 16.8 points, 10.1 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.3 blocks per game. He finished tied as the tournament's third-leading rebounder.
Hosts Bulgaria, who finished in fourth place, had Aleksandar Gavalyugov also named to the All-Star Five after averaging a tournament-high 21.2 points per game, along with 3.4 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 3.0 made three-pointers per game.
Rounding out the All-Star Five was Sweden's Julius Price who averaged 19.1 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 2.9 steals per game, leading his team to a 7th place finish.
