Bourges moved up into third place in Group A after coming from behind to record their third straight win.
The French side are unbeaten in the competition in 2017 after inflicting a ninth defeat on CCC Polkowice with a 65-59 success on the road.
Clarissa Dos Santos shot 8-of-10 from the field in a 20-point display in helping Bourges recover from a 28-37 deficit in the third quarter.
BLMA edged out Fenerbahce 58-56 in a tense encounter in the South of France behind 15 points on 7-of-8 shooting from Elodie Godin to leave the visitors on a 7-2 record.
Also, ESBVA-LM handed a second loss to Nadezhda after a dominant final quarter secured an 83-71 victory as four players reached double figures for the hosts.
UMMC Ekaterinburg continue to lead the way in Group B after securing a 82-56 win away at Uniqa Sopron as Brittney Griner contributed 22 points, 9 boards and 2 blocks.
Dynamo Kursk made it nine wins from nine after overturning a half-time deficit to deny Mersin their first win with a 84-70 success on the road.
Nnemkadi Ogwumike led the way with 23 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals to help her side improve to 9-0 in Group A.
"It was a difficult game because Mersin are a better team than the standings show," said Kursk head coach Lucas Mondelo.
"We started the game too relaxed and we were able to win the game in the second half."
Meanwhile, Sonja Petrovic played another starring role for ZVVZ USK Prague with 27 points and 12 boards in a 90-70 victory away at Wisla Can-Pack.
The visitors won every quarter en route to a seventh win in Group B with Laia Palau handing out an impressive 11 assists.
