"Both teams had a chance for the win, but I'm so glad that we got it," said Olympiacos' Olga Chatzinikolau.

Aleksandra Khomenchuk shone for the home side after racking up 19 points and 12 rebounds, along with 4 assists and 4 blocks in a dominant display.
Carolo Basket were another side to make it two wins from two after netting 36 points in the third quarter en route to a 67-97 triumph at Lulea BBK.

Ify Ibekwe stole the show for Spar Citylift Girona with a sparkling 26 points and 15 boards in a 74-60 success against Castors Braine, in Group F.
Also, Virtus Eirene Ragusa came out on top in the final game of the night as they came from 11 points down after the first quarter to beat Nantes Reze 67-50 with four players in double figures.
