Kariata Diaby had something of a career night in the competition for Villeneuve D'Ascq LM as they swept aside Perfumerias Avenida 82-58 to give their post-season hopes a huge lift. THe forward accumulated the highest performance efficiency valuation of the week at 34 and that came off the back of 26 points, 11 boards and 3 steals.
It was a breathtaking contest between ASVEL LDLC Feminin and Fenerbahce Alagoz Holding, with the latter picking up their first loss despite two huge displays from Natasha Howard and Kayla McBride.
Howard was on fire in the frontcourt during the 89-81 reverse as she stepped off the floor with 24 points, 15 rebounds and 3 steals. Meanwhile, McBride weighed in with 22 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists.
Elizabeth Williams was integral to Cukurova Basketbol Mersin escaping from Basket Landes with a narrow 72-70 victory as they ended a mid-season wobble. Her strength was on show as she excelled at both ends to amass 12 points, 10 rebounds and 6 steals.
Finally, Morgan Green did her best to propel ACS Sepsi-SIC past Beretta Famila Schio, but it wasn't to be as they went down 88-72 - despite 21 points, 6 assists, 3 rebounds and 2 steals from the guard.
