December Team of the Month: McBride, Fraser, Burke, Meesseman, Sabally

MUNICH (Germany) - There were plenty of exceptional individual performances throughout December, with five ballers all lighting up and subsequently landing in the EuroLeague Women Team of the Month.

As well as taking their spots in the prestigious lineup, they also have the chance to collect December MVP honors. All fans have the opportunity to have their say by casting a vote below and the poll results will be taken into account alongside the views of our expert panel before the big reveal of the winner.

Emma Meesseman was crowned the November MVP and she is looking to make it back-to-back awards after continuing her sparkling form. That has helped Fenerbahce Alagoz Holding stride into the Quarter-Finals, with the forward a decisive factor in her team securing safe passage to the post season. The Belgian star averaged a performance efficiency valuation of 21.0, as well as 20.0 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.0 steals in the period.

She is joined by her Fenerbahce colleague Kayla McBride who has continued to bring the backcourt noise for the Istanbul juggernauts. The guard has been electric all season long and didn't miss a beat during December after averaging 22.0 for performance efficiency, plus 18.3 points, 7.0 rebounds and 5.3 assists per outing.

Kennedy Burke can be credited with being the main force behind an incredible upturn in form from Villeneuve d'Ascq LM who now look like bonafide Quarter-Finals material. Indeed Burke had the highest performance efficiency valuation of 22.3 after accruing 16.7 points, 8.3 boards. 3.7 steals and 2.7 assists per game.

ZVVZ USK Praha forward Nyara Sabally featured last month as well, with her continued presence being largely down to playing a prominent role in the Czech side going unbeaten in December. She came up with the goods after delivering a performance efficiency valuation of 17.5 off the back of an average of 15.0 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals.

Finally, Brianna Fraser has been instrumental in a successful month for KGHM BC Polkowice who continue to try and realize their dream of making the post season. With the help of their forward, they are well placed heading into 2024 after she registered a performance efficiency valuation of 22.0, behind 21.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists in her side's two victories.
