The heavyweights were unstoppable as they blew out BC Polkowice with ease 111-61 with Meesseman almost proving to be unguardable at times. She made a stunning 11 of 13 from the field on her way to bagging 25 points and also contributed 7 boards, 3 assists and 2 steals in a super performance.
She is joined in the lineup by her Fenerbahce colleague Alina Iagupova who handled business nicely in the backcourt and on the wing by accumulating an excellent 13 points and 8 assists, while also grabbing 5 boards and 3 steals.
Alyssa Thomas almost lived up to her moniker as a 'walking triple-double' yet again as ZVVZ USK Praha made light work of taking down Atomeromu KSC Szekszard 95-56. The forward did it all as usual with 20 points, 10 assists and 7 rebounds.
It was also a night to remember for American guard Tiffany Hayes who once excelled with Perfumerias Avenida, but this time she came back to bite her former club. Starring for CBK Mersin Yenisehir in an exciting 85-80 triumph, Hayes racked up 17 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals.
While Avenida center Mariella Fasoula didn't get to taste the sweet success of a victory, she did everything possible to get her team over the line. The Greek national team standout netted 22 points after converting an eye-catching 11 of 14 from the floor and also snapped up 8 boards.
