Week 6 Top Performers: Conde, Anderson, Bertsch, Gray, Brooks

MUNICH (Germany) - A stellar individual effort from Maria Conde headlined Gameday 6 as she proved the inspiration behind ZVVZ USK Praha bouncing back onto a winning track.

Having suffered successive losses, the Czech club needed to snap their run and the Spaniard hit top gear with 32 points, 7 assists and 3 steals in a one-sided 95-63 triumph against the winless Olympiacos SFP.

There was a thriller for Tango Bourges Basket, but they suffered the agony of being edged out 63-62 by BC Polkowice, despite a season-best display from Yvonne Anderson. The guard did everything possible to get her team over the line with 25 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists.

Meanwhile, season underdogs and newcomers Kangoeroes Mechelen were only just beaten on the road at the in-form Beretta Famila Schio. They went down 74-70 despite the best efforts of Morgan Bertsch, who shone brightly at both ends of the floor with 25 points, 5 rebounds and 4 blocks.

USA guard Chelsea Gray made sure it was a first game to remember for new CBK Mersin Yenisehir playcaller Ekrem Memnun as she propelled the Turkish side past Spar Girona. Gray was the centerpiece in a 64-50 victory with 23 points, 9 assists and 3 steals.

Finally, Jelena Brooks was the standout baller for Sopron Basket as they eased to a 61-50 success at Basket Landes. The Serbian forward contributed an excellent 22 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists.
