Week 12 Top Performers: Howard, Bilgic, Peters, Jones, Fauthoux

MUNICH (Germany) - Natasha Howard continued pushing to be labelled one of EuroLeague Women Regular Season top performers on Wednesday night with a typically jaw-dropping Week 12 showing for Dynamo Kursk.

While it was not quite enough to inspire her club to victory as they got undone 77-73 by Sopron Basket, she could barely have done more to help get the win. Howard finished the game with a colossal double-double of 26 points and 17 rebounds, amassing a performance efficiency valuation of 37 - her highest of the campaign so far.

Galatasaray have had a lean time of late when it comes to positive results, but the brilliance of Pelin Bilgic had them smiling again with an overdue victory as they beat Spar Girona 80-68. The guard was too hot to handle for the Girona defense and emerged with huge credit having accrued 18 points, 10 assists and 6 rebounds.

BLMA leapt towards the Quarter-Finals as they smashed their way past nearest rivals TTT Riga with a brutal 80-45 victory in the Latvian capital. It was founded on some excellent work from forward Haley Peters who recorded 26 points, 8 rebounds and 4 steals.

Brionna Jones was crowned MVP for December and she has picked up in 2022 where she left off in 2021. She produced another powerful performance for ZVVZ USK Praha with 21 points, 10 rebounds and 3 assists in an 85-75 loss at Perfumerias Avenida.

Young French star Marine Fauthoux continues to turn heads with Basket Landes and her good work continued as they eased past VBW Arka Gdynia 87-74. The playmaker caught the eye again, this time with a classy 22 points from 67 percent shooting and also handing out 5 assists and grabbing 3 rebounds.
