UMMC Ekaterinburg are qualified and guaranteed to finish top of Group C. The second ticket to the Quarter-Finals will be decided in a head-to-head battle between Spar Girona and Beretta Famila Schio. Since Girona won the first game by 4 points, Schio will need to win by a bigger margin than that to qualify. A win of exactly 4 points would not be enough for Schio due to Girona's better overall point differential.

However, if Bourges and Landes claim wins – it would eliminate Galatasaray. Otherwise, second place will be decided in the last Group D game on Sunday between Bourges Basket and Basket Landes.
