A memorable victory was paced by a double-double of 15 points and 6 rebounds by Jessica Thomas, with Lykendra Johnson contributing 11 points and 10 boards.
"I think the game was big for us, and for our confidence," mused Thomas.
"In every EuroLeague Women game, we were previously very close and I believe that it was our time to win. We weren't so good in the first half, but in the second, we did everything well.
"We were superb in the last 20 minutes, as Anna Niki (Stamolamprou) came off the bench and made big shots. We took a big lead and we won. It was big game, a big crowd and a very big win for us." she added.
After waiting eight weeks to register their first win, it's now consecutive victories for Famila Schio as they stunned ZVVZ USK Praha 77-80 in the Czech capital.
