Forward Kiah Stokes was one rebound short of a double-double after netting 14 points, while Kelsey Plum top scored with 15.
Gizem Basaran replied with 13 points and 13 rebounds for Hatay, who drop to 5-7.
"It is always difficult to play against Hatay, even if they have a short roster. But we need to keep winning to reach our goal, making the Quarter Finals," commented Fenerbahce playcaller, Valerie Garnier.
"We made some changes in our roster, as I want to play with different players. I'm very happy for their performance as well."
