Page seals Sopron move and Hamblin hops to Bourges
SOPRON/BOURGES (EuroLeague Women) – Sopron Basket and Bourges Basket are two of the in-form teams in EuroLeague Women and have each made roster moves to try and continue their momentum down the Regular Season stretch.
Having lost Jelena Milovanovic last week against ESBVA-LM when she broke her hand and was required to undertake surgery, Sopron have turned to her Serbian teammate Danielle Page. The naturalized forward was part of the Serbia team that won EuroBasket Women 2015 and took bronze at Rio 2016.
So excited for this new opportunity with @WBSopron Looking forward to another adventure 🇭🇺🏀 https://t.co/M7DWsFFwZu

Page started the season with Agu Spor in EuroCup Women and has previous history with Sopron. She was penciled in to play there previously but a knee problem prevented her from doing so.
Tango Bourges have won five games in a row in EuroLeague Women despite having had injury concerns of their own; and having penned a deal with Laia Palau recently, they have opted to beef up their frontcourt too.

The addition of Ruth Hamblin, who will make her EuroLeague Women debut, will provide a physical presence under the basket. She also replaces a compatriot in the shape of the injured Katherine Plouffe and has signed an initial one-month deal.
Hamblin is a FIBA Women's AmeriCup 2017 winner with Canada who has spent her previous pro-career in Australia with the Perth Lynx and Adelaide Lightning.
