MUNICH (Germany) - There was an intense fight to be crowned the Performer of the Week for the first leg of the Play-Off Round of 1 and ultimately no separating Shakira Austin and Khadijiah Cave in terms of efficiency.

Austin has been on fire since the season tipped off for Elitzur Landco Ramla and she was red-hot in the derby game against Maccabi Bnot Ashdod. Racking up a performance efficiency valuation of 33 in a 92-80 road win, the forward stood out with a massive double-double of 23 points and 16 rebounds, also blocking 3 shots.

Meanwhile, ACS Sepsi-SIC leader Cave equalled that performance efficiency score of 33 after she inspired a comfortable 93-74 win at Basket Namur Capitale. Shooting more than 70 percent from the floor, she finished with 29 points and also grabbed 10 rebounds.

Teaira McCowan only just missed out on a three-way tie for Top Performer after another power-packed effort for Galatasaray Cagdas Factoring. She paced a 78-61 success at Uni Gyor by posting a breathtaking 17 points and 18 rebounds to finish with an efficiency rating of 32.

It was a memorable game for Serbian side Crvena Zvezda MTS as they shot down fourth seeds BLMA 79-63 with Aleksandra Katanic leading them to a famous victory. The guard came alive with a fine line of 22 points, 7 assists, 3 rebounds and 3 steals.

Finally, Sandra Ygueravide showed all of her quality and experience to propel Lointek Gernika Bizkaia to a narrow 79-78 win at home to InvestInTheWest Enea Gorzow. The Spanish playmaker weighed in with 29 points after shooting the lights out by making 11 of her 13 attempts.
