Petronyte reigns supreme with back-to-back Top Performer awards

The Lithuanian continued her rich vein of form by producing a perfect shooting performance for the Italians as they swept aside BCF Elfic Fribourg 116-63. Petronyte netted 19 points without missing a shot and also came close to a double-double by harvesting 9 rebounds.
