MUNICH (Germany) - In the last of our series checking out the EuroCup Women all-time leaders, we turn to those who have swatted more shots than anyone else in the tournament.

With points, rebounds, assists and steals already taken care of, it's time to switch to blocks.

5. Michelle SNOW - 95 blocks

Here is the American center yet again, appearing in one of the all-time categories in our series. Snow has already featured in the second spot not only for all-time scoring, but also for all-time rebounding and this latest placing for blocks only further underlines how she stamped her authority on the competition. With incredible consistency, her power-packed game was a boon for all her clubs and especially Dynamo Kursk where she won the title during 2012.

Approaching a decade of appearances in the tournament, the scoring touch of the Russian forward has already been flagged up after she landed in the top five of all-time EuroCup Women scorers. Those who have watched her down the years will know that her firepower on offense is nicely dovetailed with some highly impressive defensive ability and that is why she is one of only four players in history to have passed the landmark of 100 blocked shots in the competition.

3. Aleksandra KHOMENCHUK - 120 blocks

Standing at over two metres tall, the towering frame of Khomenchuk has cast a shadow in the paint over many opposing EuroCup Women players. Her sheer size has meant the Ukrainian center has been able to be a defensive power for three different EuroCup Women clubs, while she has also played for her country at two editions of the FIBA Women's EuroBasket.

Having made her name in EuroLeague Women as the player who has blocked more any shots than anyone else in the modern history of the prestigious competition, it's probably of little surprise that Verameyenka appears in this list too. And she has managed to take second place despite the fact that she has played less than 50 games in EuroCup Women, with her 2.6 blocks per game a phenomenal return. All shots were swatted while wearing a Nadezhda jersey, with the Olympian still also a shining light on the international stage with Belarus.

It's an impressive number one spot for the imposing Alyoshkina in the blocks chart and it's the second time she has taken a place in one of these all-time lists. the Ukraine national team center also made the top five for rebounding too, one of the reasons that she has a trio of Final Round appearances at the FIBA Women's EuroBasket to her name. A handful for opposing defences because of her height, she is even more of a problem for her opponents when she is patrolling on defense.

The Latvian legend is someone who leaves a big legacy for future talent because of the way she plays the game. It wasn't just about her scoring, rebounding or passing ability that won so many plaudits. It was also about her tenacity and defense, which manifested itself in the number of steals she grabbed in the competition, including plenty en-route to the top of the podium with Dynamo Kursk in 2012.

A power at both ends of the floor for the teams she represents, the biggest moment for the two-time Olympian came when she was crowned EuroCup Women champion with WBC Dynamo in 2007.

Despite Doron being primarily renowned for her stunning offensive ability that has led to her being the current all-time points leader, the fact she also sits in the top three for steals speaks volumes for her ability and influence. A winner with Elitzur Ramla in 2011, the Israeli star has been one of the all-time standouts in EuroCup Women.

The Turkey national team leader has always had the capacity to lock down her opponents at every level and it is little surprise that she takes the all-time top spot for steals. Indeed she swaps places with Kartaltepe after being second in assists and like her compatriot, cements her status as a legend of EuroCup Women - especially after taking her beloved Galatasaray to a pair of title successes.

With a EuroLeague Women winners' medal already in her collection from the time she spent at UMMC Ekaterinburg where she helped the Russian giants take their first title in the competition, Berseneva transferred her playmaking talents into EuroCup Women. She only played with Nadezhda and the supporters in Orenburg watched her shine with more than 5 assists per game which catapulted her into the all-time top five.

Martinez showed her quality at a range of different EuroCup Women clubs, with the highlight coming in 2007 when she won the title with WBC Dynamo. The Spanish guard also played in a Final with Kayseri, and in addition to court time in EuroLeague Women and the WNBA, she can lay claim to being a double Olympian with Spain. She also played in three FIBA Women's World Cups, including 2014 when Spain made history by reaching the title game. Martinez has also stepped out at several editions of the FIBA Women's EuroBasket.

3. Caroline AUBERT - 331 assists

It's not only third spot in this all-time list which is impressive, but also the fact that Aubert handed out a near six assists per game, which represents some great work. The French star was awesome in her consistency during her playing career, always contributing across the board in different facets of the game, with her smarts and knowledge recently being utilized in coaching. Internationally, she had the thrill of representing France at the 2005 FIBA Women's EuroBasket.

2. Isil ALBEN - 408 assists

GUARD

Alben is an absolute legend at Galatasaray where she has played almost all her career. Despite having recently opted to depart, she remains worshiped by the fans who revere her for being instrumental in delivering two EuroCup Women titles (2009 and 2018) and also making history in 2014 when they become the first Turkish club to take the coveted silverware in EuroLeague Women. Also a hugely popular figure because of her work with the Turkey national team, she has been central to their first FIBA Women's EuroBasket Final appearance in 2011, a first ever Olympics appearance in 2012 which was followed up by appearing in Rio four years later, as well as two FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup appearances.

Even if she has not managed to win this competition, Kartaltepe is deservedly at the top of the all-time chart because of her talent and stunning longevity. She has a staggering career of more than two decades on her resume and has handed out more than 6 assists per game in EuroCup Women which is amazing. She has also represented Turkey at four editions of the FIBA Women's EuroBasket and proudly stepped out in London at the 2012 Olympics for her country's debut at the prestigious event.

She may now be a veteran player, but the strength and consistency of the Russian frontcourt star has still been growing of late and is highlighted by the fact that for the past couple of seasons she has been the leading rebounder for MBA Moscow. That has helped to catapult her into this all-time five list, while also impressive is that she has been one of the most efficient players too. Prior to that, she used her skills to good effect with other Russian clubs, including Dynamo Kursk, WBC Dynamo and Spartak Noginsk.

4. Lyubov ALYOSHKINA - 638 rebounds

CENTER

A constant menace to her opponents in the paint and a machine when it comes to cleaning up on the glass, the towering Alyoshkina has always been a pivotal figure for each clubs she has represented. The center has also shown her value on the international stage and featured in three editions of the FIBA Women's EuroBasket Final Round for Ukraine.

3. Aurelie BONNAN - 682 rebounds

The fact Bonnan is the most undersized player in the top five underlines her fierce competitive edge and how she always plays way above her her own height. Starring with a string of French clubs in the competition, she was always making a positive noise and this tough performer could have went even further at international level - had she not been in a queue behind a seriously stacked French frontcourt rotation. She did make the cut forthe FIBA Women's EuroBasket in 2011 and was rewarded with a bronze medal.

2. Michelle SNOW - 812 rebounds

The powerful American could possibly lay claim to being the most consistent performer in the history of EuroCup Women. That's because after being locked firmly in second place for points, she finds herself in the same position when it comes to rebounds. A champion with Dynamo Kursk in 2012, Snow was not just about power and physicality - her accomplishment with these numbers could could be considered a true tour de force.

Perhaps we might have to call it a draw when it comes to whether Snow and Paris are the most consistent and effective performers. The latter was indeed squeezed out by her rival into third place for scoring, but has dominated on the glass to streak away and seal the top spot in this rebounding chart. Her jaw-dropping career double-double of almost 16 points and 14 boards per game is truly breathtaking.

A legend of Latvian basketball and one of Europe's premier performers for more than 15 years, Basko-Melnbarde only recently retired. It brought the end to a stellar career at both club and international level, with the do-it-all star being crowned EuroCup Women champion in 2012 with Dynamo Kursk, while representing her nation at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing as well as the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup and a stunning seven editions of the FIBA Women's EuroBasket.

4. Marina BAS - 1,085 points

FORWARD

A veteran of the competition, Bas has no fewer than nine seasons in the competition under her belt. Highly competitive and and able to put points on the board thanks to her extended shooting range, the forward is perhaps one of the most underrated and under-recognized stars of the modern era. After all, she is a double Olympian, winning a bronze medal in 2008. She also played at five different FIBA Women's EuroBasket Final Round tournaments with Russia - including a memorable gold in 2011, plus silver medals in both 2005 and 2009.

3. Courtney PARIS - 1,108 points

CENTER

The powerhouse center has been dominant in this competition from the moment she took to the floor and debuted with Botas. She has been unstoppable in the paint and it has not only been the sheer number of points she has scored to make the all-time top three, but also the fact that she has done it with a brilliant points per game average - as part of a spectacular career double-double in the tournament.

2. Michelle SNOW - 1,218 points

CENTER

Strong and commanding in the paint, Snow was a relentless machine at times, with her quality demonstrated not only by this second spot in the chart, but also by the fact she only just missed out on averaging a double-double during her storied EuroCup Women career. A particular high point for Snow came when she picked up a winners' medal with Dynamo Kursk in 2012.

A scoring machine whenever she was wearing an Israel national team vest or for one of five different EuroCup Women clubs, Doron was a constant threat whenever she was on the floor. A nightmare for the opposing defense, the guard was prolific and proudly takes top spot in the all-time list. She was proudly crowned champion of the competition while standing out for Elitzur Ramla in 2011 - the only time an Israeli club has ever won the title.
