There is no stopping KSC Szekszard after the reigning Hungarian champions followed up their recent Cup triumph over Sopron by pipping their arch rivals to the Regular Season title.
Finishing on the same points, Szekszard had the head-to-head and made no mistake in getting the win they needed against PEAC-Pecs. The visitors claimed a 67-74 victory, with Erica McCall claiming a double-double of 16 points and 12 boards, while Teja Oblak netted a team-high 18 points. Meanwhile 14 points and 13 boards by Tina Jovanovic fueled Sopron's 58-86 road win at Vasas.
Garnier gets off the mark at first attempt with Fenerbahce
New Fenerbahce head coach Valerie Garnier could barely have asked for a more comfortable first matchup than a home game against struggling Samsun.
