FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017 Draw seedings set
MUNICH (FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017) – In anticipation of the FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017 Draw, set to take place in Prague, Czech Republic on Friday afternoon, the seedings of the 16 participating teams have been released.
The seedings are based in equal part on the performance of the respective team at FIBA EuroBasket Women 2015 and in the FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017 Qualifiers.
In instances where teams had the same ranking after the above equation was calculated, their final position at FIBA EuroBasket Women 2015 has been used as the tie-breaker.

During the Draw, the teams will be drawn into four groups, each consisting of four teams.
The Draw Ceremony will take place in the historic Prague Old Town Hall beginning at 17:30 CET on Friday and can be followed live on YouTube.com/FIBA and facebook.com/FIBA.
FIBA EuroBasket Women 2017 will be played from 16-25 June 2017 in the Czech cities of Hradec Kralove and Prague.
