The Basketball Development Center spans 68,800 square meters. In addition to a main hall with a capacity of 10,000 people, the facility also features a second hall with a capacity of 1,000 people and three youth facilities with a capacity of 500 people. The facility also has a parking garage with capacity for 417 cars and 25 buses, a hotel for players, and a fitness center. The facility also houses a basketball sports high school.
The venue has hosted the 2024 FIBA Women’s Super Cup, Turkish Basketball National Team Games during the FIBA EuroBasket Men's and Women's Qualifier Games, Turkish Basketball Super League Games, Basketball Champions League Games, EuroLeague Games, FIBA U16 Women’s EuroBasket-B Division 2025 and more.
The venue is also scheduled to host the FIBA U17 Basketball World Cup 2026 later this year from June 27 to July 5.
