2- Select the event you wish to attend under the "My Events" section (to be found at the top of profile page);
3- Complete all registration fields as necessary;
4- Make sure that all tabs are filled out correctly and the information is saved.
Creating a profile or connecting to an existing account is not a request in itself; you must ensure that after creating a profile (account), you also apply for accreditation for the event.
Your e-mail address and password will allow you to access and modify your application form up until the application deadline. All applicants are responsible for obtaining their own travel visa, if required.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Successful applicants will be notified by FIBA; completing the application form does not automatically guarantee accreditation.
In order to be considered for media credentials, an applicant must represent a bona fide media organization that produces and publishes original content.
Applications for media credentials by agents, educational booklet authors, fans or fan bloggers, or media that do not produce original content, based on generally accepted news gathering criteria, will not be considered.
Freelancers may be asked to prove that they are on assignment with a media outlet in order to be considered for credentials.
Credentials will be awarded on the basis of the accreditation history of the applying media, relevance to the event and basketball in general, as well as space availability in the different venues.
