The results of the draw are as follows:
Group A: Guatemala, Cuba, Virgin Islands, Dominican Republic
Group B: Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Bahamas
The Centrobasket Women’s Championship 2018 will be played August 20-24 in Manati, Puerto Rico and will qualify the top-four teams to the FIBA Women’s AmeriCup 2019.
