PANAMA CITY (FIBA U16 Americas Championship 2019) – The Panamanian Basketball Federation (FEPABA) announced today the 12 players that will represent the country in the Centrobasket U15 Championship, December 11-16 in Hermosillo, Mexico.

Under the direction of Head Coach Gary Joe Burgos, the Panamanians began their practices on October 1. Panama will begin the regional championship against Puerto Rico and will then go-on to face the National Teams of Costa Rica, Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
The top three teams from the Centrobasket U15 Championship 2018 will qualify to the FIBA U16 Americas Championship 2019. Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Uruguay and the USA already secured their spot at next year’s continental championship.
