The BCL Americas board of directors defines the venue for the Final 4 2023/24
MIAMI (United States) – The board of directors for the Basketball Champions League Americas announced today that the city of Santiago del Estero, Argentina, will host the Final 4 of the 2023-24 season, which will take place on April 13th and 14th. Quimsa will host the Final 4 for the first time and the Argentine team has participated in all five BCLA Final 4 seasons.
Flamengo (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), Halcones de Xalapa (Xalapa, Mexico), Hebraica Macabi (Montevideo, Uruguay), and host Quimsa (Santiago del Estero, Argentina), earned their spot in the Final 4 after defeating their opponents in the Quarterfinal stage. Now they will face each other in direct elimination matches at the Estadio Ciudad de Santiago del Estero.
In the semifinals, Halcones will face Flamengo and Hebraica Macabi against Quimsa. The winners will advance to the final game of the BCL Americas, on April 14. The champion of the Basketball Champions League Americas will play in the FIBA Intercontinental Cup, which will have its 34th edition in Singapore.
