    Update for February window games of FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 Asian Qualifiers

    BEIRUT (Lebanon) - FIBA Regional Office Asia confirmed the following updates for the upcoming February window of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 Asian Qualifiers from 24-28 February, 2022.

    BEIRUT (Lebanon) - The FIBA Regional Office Asia confirmed the following updates for the upcoming February window of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 Asian Qualifiers from 24-28 February, 2022.


    The regular home-and-away format will be used for Groups C and D. 


    Groups A and B will be played in a "bubble" format in order to ensure the health and safety of all participants.

     

    As previously announced ahead of the November window, it is confirmed that the Group A games scheduled for the November 2021 and February 2022 windows will be played at the Smart Araneta Colisuem in Manila, Philippines.

    Group B games scheduled for the November 2021 and February 2022 window will be played in Okinawa, Japan.
