    Puerto Rico announce 12-player roster for first game of AmeriCup 2021 Qualifiers

    Eddie Casiano, Head Coach of the Puerto Rican National Team, announced today the 12-players that will represent Puerto Rico during their first game of the FIBA AmeriCup 2021 Qualifiers.

    SAN JUAN (Puerto Rico) – Eddie Casiano, Head Coach of the Puerto Rican National Team, announced today the 12-players that will represent Puerto Rico during their first game of the FIBA AmeriCup 2021 Qualifiers.

    Puerto Rico will receive the USA on February 20 at the historic Coliseo Roberto Clemente in San Juan.

    Puerto Rico will conclude the first window of the AmeriCup Qualifiers in Washington DC, where they will face the USA once again on February 23.

    Puerto Rico was drawn to Group D of the FIBA AmeriCup 2021 Qualifiers along with Mexico, Bahamas and the USA.

    The second window of the AmeriCup Qualifier will be played November 2020 and the third and final window will be played February 2021.

    Following three qualifying windows, the top three teams of the Group will qualify to the FIBA AmeriCup 2021.
