TUNIS (FIBA AfroBasket 2017) - Eight teams are now set to compete for the right of reaching the FIBA AfroBasket 2017 Semi-Finals.

Who will prevail and which teams will go home on Thursday, September 14?

FIBA.basketball brings you an insight of what might happen at Salle Omnisports de Rades, on the outskirts of the Tunisian capital Tunis.

    SENEGAL v ANGOLA
This is one the most intriguing rivalries in the FIBA AfroBasket history.

Although Angola sit a place above Senegal on the NIKE FIBA World Rankings, the latter hold a 3-0 edge over eleven-time African champions Angola dating back to 2011.

Having played their Group Phase games in Dakar, and although they haven't faced each other, both teams should know what to expect in the Quarter-Finals.

There is a number of implications in this series that may change the course of recent FIBA AfroBasket history.

Should Angola fail a spot in the semis, it would be the first time since 1981 that Manuel Silva's team would do so.

On the other hand, Senegal reach a place in the last four the third straight time.

TALENTS TO WATCH: Gorgui Dieng, Maurice Ndour, Mouhammad Faye and Hamady Ndiaye (Senegal). Carlos Morais, Eduardo Mingas and Olimpio Cipriano (Angola).
