After two days of action, Tanzania's Pazi BBC lead the standings with four points after back-to-back wins against Elan Coton of Benin (78-65) and Dynamo BBC of Burundi (71-62). They play Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) in their final clash.

Dynamo, meanwhile, are second on the chart with a 1-1 win-loss ratio, as they opened their campaign with a victory over KPA (75-63) but lost to Pazi (62-71). Tied on three points with KPA who have a similar ratio, Dynamo hold the advantage on points-difference.

Pazi BBC are headed to the final day of Group C with a perfect 2-0 mark. Can the Tanzania champions extend their winning streak?

The Kenyan side lost their opening match to Dynamo but recovered to beat Elan Coton, subjecting the latter to their second consecutive loss, a result that leaves the two-time Benin champions technically out of contention for the single slot to Johannesburg, South Africa where the East Division matches will be played.

Facing Dynamo in their final match, not even a win for Elan Coton could save their campaign as their points tally can only get to four in such a scenario, leaving three sides in contention.

Pazi have the advantage both on and off the court, as they are rallied by an energetic fanbase keen to see their side make it to the next stage on their first time of asking.

Powered by the awe-inspiring Dhieu Abwok Deing and Louis Rucklin, Pazi are chasing an unbeaten run that would see them secure the group's slot.

The duo has hit double digits in the last two matches with Antony Ulrich, Laundry Ndikumana and Baraka Athumani also a force for the side. Former NBA player Hasheem Thabeet's numbers may not look impressive at face value but his presence on the court has been felt in crucial moments, and he is key.

Two Burundian teams (Urunani and New Star) reached the Elite 16 in the last two editions of the Road to BAL. Can Dynamo follow suit?

Losing would put Pazi at risk as a win for Dynamo, who go up against the Benin champions, gives the East Africans hope, as their points tally goes up to 5 as would KPA's if they defeat Pazi and the three sides' chances would come down to being decided on points.

However, KPA have their work cut out against the home side. Coach Guy Arnaud will hope to have Tyronne Maliek Jordan, who scored 22 in the opening match loss to Dynamo, and Bright Osagie Akhuetie who top-scored for the side against Elan Coton with 14, switched on with the rest of the field stepping up in the decider match.

KPA will face their toughest test in Group C when they take on hosts Pazi BBC

Meanwhile, Dynamo will rely on King Revolution, David Deng Kongor Deng as well as Israel Otobo to bag the points with floor general Guibert Nijimbere also key.

Dynamo play Elan Coton at 16:00 EAT (GMT+3) with the Pazi versus KPA clash pencilled for 19:00 EAT (GMT+3)
