All European National Federations were invited to register a team for the Qualifiers of the 3x3 U18 Europe Cup 2017

The 24 teams competing at the FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup are:
. Hungary (men and women, hosts)
. 11 best teams from the Riga qualifier (6 men, 5 women)
. 11 best teams from the Szolnok qualifier (5 men, 6 women)
