All the European National Federations were invited to register a team for the Qualifiers of the 3x3 U17 Europe Cup 2022.
According to FIBA Internal Regulations, the following teams were already qualified for the FIBA 3x3 U17 Europe Cup:
Men: Greece (hosts) and Slovenia (2021 winner)
Women: Greece, (hosts), Spain (2021 winner), and Germany and Ukraine based on ranking).
All other registered teams had to go through qualifications.
The 3x3 U17 Europe Cup qualifiers were held in Szolnok (HUN) and Voiron (FRA) on August 6-7
