MIES - The International Basketball Foundation (IBF) in collaboration with FIBA Europe and the Swiss Basketball Federation, is organizing the 2019 European Mini Basketball Convention on 1 and 2 June. The event will take place in Geneva over the weekend.

Over 100 girls and boys between 5 and 12 will be taking part in a Jamboree where they will play games and learn about the game in a fun way.

Furthermore, 100 delegates from 28 European countries will take part in a coaches' clinic and convention, where they will learn best practices from experienced countries in teaching basketball to children and acquire the tools to further develop the Mini Basketball movement in their respective countries.

The IBF will give each participant a basketball donated by FIBA global partner Molten.
