MUNICH (Germany) - As we move through our weekly series of EuroLeague Women leaders from each country, it's now the turn to focus on Czech Republic.

We have already thrown the spotlight on  Spain,  France, Hungary, Turkey and Italy, now moving to a nation that boasts two titles in the modern era of the competition. The first ever was won in 2006 by Gambrinus Brno, with ZVVZ USK Praha following the feat in 2015 on their home court. 

Most of those who are prominent in the charts have also been terrific servants to the Czech national team over the years too, not least FIBA Hall of Fame member Hana Horakova and also Eva Viteckova, Kamila Vodickova and Katerina Elhotova.
