Hosts of remaining FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2021 Qualifiers November tournaments confirmed
MUNICH (Germany) - The FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2021 Qualifiers games of the November window will be played in six different locations, with three of the designated hosts set to host multiple groups.
After the FIBA Europe Board confirmed the hosts for six of the nine protected environment tournaments last week, a decision to organize the remaining tournaments in previously approved locations was taken following an additional round of consultations with the respective National Federations.
With the authorization of the Board, the FIBA Europe Office additionally confirmed Heraklion (Greece), Riga (Latvia) and Istanbul (Turkey) as hosts for Groups B, D and F, respectively.

The most important criteria in choosing the hosts is health and travel guarantees and compliance with FIBA health protocols, including testing and controlled entry into a secure environment.
The exact schedule of games will be confirmed later this month.
FIBA will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation in Europe on a daily basis and communicate further updates regarding FIBA Competitions when necessary.
