Czech Republic: Three big absences leaves hole in Final Round roster
PRAGUE (Czech Republic) - The FIBA Women's EuroBasket 2019 campaign of Czech Republic has potentially been hit hard after play-caller Stefan Svitek was denied the use of three of his biggest-hitters.
Set to face France, Montenegro and Sweden in Group B, the Czechs will be without a key trio in star forward Alena Hanusova, Spanish League Championships MVP Julia Reisingerova - plus WNBA and EuroLeague Women center, Kia Vaughn.

Beata Adamcova | Lenka Bartakova | Renata Brezinova | Karolina Elhotova |
Katerina Elhotova | Romana Hejdova | Tereza Krakovicova | Renata Pudlakova |
Kamila Stepanova | Klara Vojtikova | Veronika Vorackova | Tereza Vyoralova |
That puts a huge pressure on the ZVVZ USK Praha contingent of siblings Katerina Elhotova and Karolina Elhotova, plus guard Tereza Vyoralova to step up and deliver the goods.

Rising star Veronika Vorackova will have a chance to shine more than had been anticipated, while the experience of players such as Renata Brezinova, Tereza Krakovicova and Kamila Stepanova will be priceless if the Czechs want to fight for a ticket to the last eight in Belgrade.
