How to qualify

To qualify for the Global Skills Challenge, teams from Africa, Americas, Asia and Europe went through a round of Regional Qualifiers with the top 32 teams advancing to the global event.

The Global Skills Challenge will be held in October 2021.

In Africa, the Qualifiers took place from April 28 to May 2 with the top two teams from each group advancing for a total of six teams in the Global Challenge.

In Americas, the Qualifiers took place from May 5 to May 9 with the top two teams from each group and the two best third-ranked teams advancing for a total of eight teams in the Global Challenge.

In Asia, the Qualifiers took place from April 28 to May 2 with the top two teams from each group advancing for a total of eight teams in the Global Challenge.

In Europe, the Qualifiers took place from May 12 to May 16 with the top three teams from each group and the best fourth-ranked team advancing for a total of 10 teams in the Global Challenge.
