Day 12: Olimpia secured last ticket available to the Semi-Final Phase
POTOSI (DIRECTV Liga Sudamericana) – Olimpia of Paraguay earned a trip to the Semi-Final Pase of the DIRECTV Liga Sudamericana after winning Group D with a 3-0 record.
Olimpia defeated host Deportivo Calero 91-74, to win Group D of the DIRECTV Liga Sudamericana. Deportivo Calero won the first half by 6 points, but Olimpia dominated the second half with 45% shooting from the field and another exciting performance from Javier Martinez, who had 19 points in the game. With easy baskets from the paint, and a long rotation on the bench, Olimpia celebrated the win.
