FIBA Europe Cup Round of 16 pairings drawn


MUNICH (FIBA Europe Cup) – The FIBA Europe Cup Round of 16 pairings were drawn in FIBA's European offices in Munich, Germany, on Friday.

The Draw saw the 16 teams, 10 from the FIBA Europe Cup Second Round and 6 joining from the Basketball Champions League Regular Season, drawn from the same pot, with no restriction.

The pairings are as follows, with the teams listed first playing the return leg at home:

Nizhny Novgorod (RUS) v Keravnos (CYP)

Tsmoki-Minsk (BLR) v Sidigas Avellino (ITA)

ESSM Le Portel (FRA) v Dinamo Sassari (ITA)

Mornar Bar (MNE) v BC Oostende (BEL)

Donar Groningen (NED) v U-BT Cluj-Napoca (ROU)

Bakken Bears (DEN) v BK Ventspils (LAT)

Alba Fehervar (HUN) v Juventus Utena (LTU)

Egis Kormend (HUN) v Umana Reyer Venezia (ITA)

The Round of 16 will be played in a home-and-away format, with the first-leg games scheduled for March 7, and the return-leg games set to take place on March 14.
