EuroLeague Women Regular Season field confirmed

MUNICH (Germany) - The EuroLeague Women 2023-24 Regular Season lineup is now set after the conclusion of the Qualifiers on Wednesday.

The last three spots were claimed by the trio of ACS Sepsi-SIC (ROU), DVTK Hun-Therm (HUN) and KGHM BC Polkowice (POL) as they advanced from the two-legged ties.

Sepsi-SIC will play in the Regular Season for the very first time after they claimed a 63-62 success in the Latvian capital against TTT Riga. That came off the back of having also won the first leg of the tie on home soil.

DVTK impressed last year in what was their maiden Regular Season in the competition and they have the chance to shine again. They were narrowly beaten 73-72 by London Lions in an entertaining contest, but progressed courtesy of their commanding 15 point triumph in the opening game last week.

Meanwhile, Polkowice also booked their Regular Season return after following up a narrow one-point win at Besiktas JK with a more comprehensive 78-64 success in the second meeting.

The Regular Season groups are as follows:

Group A

Fenerbahce Alagoz Holding (TUR)
Beretta Famila Schio (ITA)
Valencia B.C. (ESP)
LDLC ASVEL Feminin (FRA)
AZS UMCS Lublin (POL)
Casademont Zaragoza (ESP)
DVTK Hun-Therm (HUN)
ACS Sepsi-SIC (ROU)

Group B

Perfumerias Avenida (ESP)
ZVVZ USK Praha (CZE)
Cukurova Basketbol Mersin (TUR)
Villeneuve d'Ascq-LM (FRA)
Basket Landes (FRA)
Virtus Segafredo Bologna (ITA)
SERCO Uni Gyor (HUN)
KGHM BC Polkowice (POL)

The three clubs that did not advance from the EuroLeague Women Qualifiers in TTT Riga (LAT), London Lions (GBR) and Besiktas JK (TUR) will now all play in the EuroCup Women Regular Season.

The EuroLeague Women Regular Season is set to commence on Wednesday, October 4.
