Qualifiers pairings and Regular Season groups confirmed for 2018-19 EuroCup Women season
MUNICH (EuroCup Women) – The EuroCup Women clubs have learned their opponents for the 2018-19 campaign on Thursday at the official Draw in Munich, Germany.
The 40 Regular Season teams have been split into two conferences, consisting of five groups with four teams each, respectively.
Four of those teams will qualify for the Regular Season via EuroCup Women Qualifiers, while four further spots will be filled by the losing teams from the EuroLeague Women Qualifiers.
The EuroCup Women Qualifiers pairings are as follows:
Qualifier 1: Basket Gdynia (POL) v Orman Genclik (TUR)
Qualifier 2: Spartak MO Noginsk (RUS) v Niki Lefkada (GRE)
Qualifier 3: Nantes Reze (FRA) v Liege Panthers (BEL)
Qualifier 4: Basket Namur Capitale (BEL) v Lointek Gernika (ESP)

The EuroCup Women Qualifiers will be played in a home-and-away format, with the first-leg games scheduled for October 9 and the return legs for October 12. The Regular Season is set to tip off on October 25.
